The event took place at the creative coworking space wunderbar Plagwitz (Gießerstraße 18, Leipzig), bringing together numerous founders, representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), solopreneurs, and professionals interested in using artificial intelligence in content production.

Event Highlights: AI Pipelines in Practice & Workflow Development

Since its establishment in 2009, the Unternehmer:innen Stammtisch Leipziger Westen has become an established institution within Leipzig’s business community. Through practical and interactive events, the network is continuously committed to strengthening the regional economy.

In keeping with this mission, the 84th edition addressed a highly relevant topic: change management for AI pipelines in film and video production. The workshop focused on understanding AI not as an opaque “black box”, but as a controllable, purpose-driven tool. The speaker shared practical insights into the following key areas:

• Developing effective workflows (AI pipelines) for complex, long-form video formats such as films and advertising productions.
• The central role of people—the “Human in the Loop”—in key creative processes.
• Organising and redefining roles within production teams when integrating new AI tools.

Alongside theoretical input and real-world case studies, participants worked in small groups to develop their own AI-supported workflows for specific use cases. The teams defined concrete steps for integrating AI into everyday content formats such as social media posts and newsletters. The open, hands-on exchange provided genuine value for everyone involved.

VietNatur Dried Jackfruit – A Healthy Energy Boost for the Workshop

VietNatur’s dried jackfruit was a welcome addition to the networking area. Guests had the opportunity to sample the snacks at the event and take home full-sized packs as goodies.

The tropical fruit’s distinctive crunch and subtle, natural sweetness—without an overly sugary aftertaste—received particularly positive feedback. Many guests found it to be the perfect light and wholesome snack for staying focused during intensive group work and longer networking conversations.
