For Ms. Truc Phan, that journey began in Germany in 2021 — with a simple yet profound question:
How can we show that Vietnamese cuisine is far more than just Phở — that it is a rich treasure full of regional specialties and genuine moments of enjoyment?
Vietnam is a country of vibrant flavors, lively markets, and centuries-old culinary traditions. Yet many of these unique specialties remain largely unknown outside the country.
It was from this conviction that VietNatur was born — a brand that carefully selects, evaluates, and brings authentic products from Vietnam to the European market.
