Withdrawal Policy
Right of withdrawal (only for consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- which are liable to deteriorate rapidly,
- whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded,
- or which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
No Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers
Business Customers within the meaning of §14 BGB do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
