An Unexpected “Scavenger Hunt” During The Day of Angry-Krötendorf In Leipzig

This weekend, VietNatur is thrilled to participate in the neighborhood festival “The Day of Angry-Krötendorf” (Anger-Crottendorfer Stadtteiltag).

If you are looking for a refreshing weekend experience, this is the event you cannot miss! The festival is designed as a highly engaging and fun-filled “scavenger hunt”. You simply pick up a regional map (Anger Crottendorfer Stadtteilkarte) and start your walking journey, weaving through the familiar streets of Anger-Crottendorf.

Along the way, you will come across the open doors of cultural spaces, cafes, sports clubs, and small retail stores. Every stop is a surprise – from bustling flea markets and floral art workshops to unique light meals. As the day comes to a close, everyone will gather at the Vereinsheim Schtreik! community space to enjoy music and mingle with neighbors.

What Awaits You At The VietNatur Stop?

Located on the festival map, VietNatur will open its doors to welcome “explorers” visiting the store. You will be served small tasting portions (kleine Probierportion) completely free of charge to directly taste the original flavor of Vietnamese agricultural products:

• Crispy dried jackfruit (Getrocknete Jackfruit): A signature tropical snack with a satisfying crunch and a natural sweetness.
• Vietnamese iced milk coffee (Vietnamesischer Eiskaffee mit Kondensmilch): Enjoy a traditional phin-filtered coffee made from 100% pure Robusta beans, harvested in the Gia Lai highlands, combined with a rich layer of condensed milk.

How To Participate Is Very Simple!

The entire festival program is free of charge (kostenlos). You do not need to buy tickets or register in advance, just follow these 3 steps:

• Get A Map: Stop by any participating venue (hint: Head straight to the VietNatur store – Cichoriusstraße 2, 04318 Leipzig) to receive a regional map (Stadtteilkarte).
• Explore Freely: With the map in hand, you can leisurely stroll through the familiar streets of Anger-Crottendorf and visit any stops you like. Each stop will have a fun activity waiting for you (like a flea market, floral workshop, or a cafe…).
• Mingle With The Community: As the day comes to a close, everyone will gather at the Vereinsheim Schtreik! community space to enjoy music and mingle with neighbors.
