§1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers (Section 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (Section 14 BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when concluding the contract, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

§3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded by our express acceptance by e-mail or by dispatch of the goods.
§4 Prices and payment
All prices are in euros.
As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged and shown.
The purchase price is due immediately for orders placed via the online store.
For entrepreneurs, individual payment terms can be agreed for orders outside the online store.
§5 Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
§6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
In the case of entrepreneurs, the goods shall remain our property until all claims arising from the current business relationship have been settled in full.
§7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply to consumers.
The warranty period for entrepreneurs is one year from delivery of the goods.
Entrepreneurs are obliged to inspect the goods immediately after delivery and to report any recognizable defects in writing without delay.
§8 Liability
We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
§9 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law (entrepreneurs only)
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the place of jurisdiction is Leipzig.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
§10 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
