Macapuno Coconut Candy with Ginger is a modern interpretation made from traditional ingredients of the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Unlike conventional coconut candy, this product is made with Macapuno coconut \u2013 a special variety known for its thicker, softer, and creamier flesh. This gives the candy a delicate soft texture and a richer aroma.<\/p>\n

Instead of refined sugar, the gentle sweetness comes from malt syrup and coconut blossom nectar \u2013 an ingredient traditionally handcrafted by the Khmer community in Tr\u00e0 Vinh. This traditional method preserves the natural character of the ingredient while bringing together the rich creaminess of Macapuno coconut and the pleasantly warming spiciness of fresh ginger in perfect balance. The result is a lightly warming taste experience that pairs especially well with hot tea or cooler days.<\/p>\n

Note: The candy is wrapped in a thin edible rice paper layer. It is made from rice, similar to rice paper used for spring rolls, but thinner, softer, and quick to melt in the mouth. It can be eaten directly and does not need to be removed.<\/p>\n
